Initial Subscriptions Now Open
Prospect Asset Management is pleased to announce that the Prospect CFD Fund PC – a regulated
forex fund structured under the Protected Cell Company (PCC) framework within the Abu Dhabi
Global Market (ADGM) – is now open for subscriptions on a monthly basis, starting on Friday August
1 st , 2025.
Key Dates & Deadlines
Valuation Day: The last Business Day of each calendar month, or such other day as approved
by the Fund’s Board of Directors
Subscription Cut-Off: 11:00 AM UAE time, five (5) Business Days prior to the Valuation Day
(excluding the day of receipt)
Funds Transfer Deadline: The Total Subscription Amount must be received and cleared in the
Fund’s custodian account no later than the Valuation Day
